Forum Help
The module used for the Forums is rather simple but it integrates well with the rest of the site.
The forums consist of Containers and Forums although it is not immediately obvious what the difference is. To make it simpler, containers have their titles surrounded by brackets [] and forums do not. Don't post to a container, only a forum.
Select an appropriate forum section from the pull-down menu, include a subject and put your message in the body of the form. We recommend you preview your post before submitting it.
There are forum sections for each listed Broadcast Engineering class at Napa Valley College. Please limit your posts to active classes, if a class isn't in session this semester, don't post there, unless replying to a post from an earlier class. The BTV 199 class is available during every semester so posting is allowed year round.
There is also a forum section for SMPTE Chapter 11 business, posting will be restricted to current students, club officers and advisors.
