Dear Steve,
Each year, the Ennes Educational Foundation Trust is pleased to award several
scholarships to graduating high school seniors and current college students who are
interested in a career in broadcast engineering. The awards range from $1,000 to
$1,500, depending on the funds available and are for one year.
As a post-secgondary school which has a technical broadcast curriculum certified by
the Society of Broadcast Engineers (SBE), you very likely have students who would
be interested in applying for one of these scholarships. I invite you to share the
information about the Ennes Scholarships with them.
I have enclosed {attached as PDF} a copy of the scholarship application. Additional applications may be
downloaded from the SBE website, http://www.sbe.org/edu_ennes_scholarships.php.
The deadline for applications to be received a the SBE National Office for
schcslarships awarded for the fall 2009/spring 2010 terms, is July 1, 2010.
We appreciate your support of the Ennes Scholarship program. Please contact me if
you, have any questions about the Ennes Scholarships or the Society of Broadcast
Engineers.
Sincerely,
John Poray,CAE
