Demand is high for great paying jobs in the broadcast television, video and audio engineering specialties.
Then this program is for you, earn an Associate of Science in Broadcast Engineering in four semesters and become certified by the Society of Broadcast Engineers. The program has no prerequisites although an understanding of basic mathematics will help. The program features a complete studio with professional level equipment; video editing systems including Sony ES-7, Avid Media Composer and Apple's Final Cut Pro; Sony and Ikegami professional cameras; Grass Valley switcher; a Yamaha 40-channel audio mixer; BTS MediaPool and Grass Valley/Tektronix PDR200 video servers and a Windows Media streaming server. You'll learn theory and gain practical experience in a real studio that translates to a real-world career.
